You'll find 20 classrooms in the 40,000-square-foot brick building with another seven classrooms at the expansion campus on Vero Road. Both sites offer a student lounge with vending machines and an outdoor picnic area. Next to the building on Caton Avenue is the Library/Resource Center and Career Services Department.

Labs in some courses in the electronics program utilize equipment such as signal and function generators, surge protectors, AC/DC power supplies, personal computers, and oscilloscopes.

Electrical Equipment

Students in the electrician program receive electrical training kits and use equipment such as electric phase boxes specifically designed for training in electric currents and will work in a "stick house" built to simulate new construction of commercial and residential buildings.

Pharmacy Equipment

Students in the pharmacy technician program work in labs that are designed to simulate a real work environment furnished with laminar flow hoods, specimen scales, autoclaves, Rx scales, and various other pharmaceutical equipment.

Medical Equipment

For the medical assisting program, you will work in a lab that simulates a real work environment and be trained to use autoclaves, centrifuges, EKGs, and numerous other items found in a medical setting.

Library/Resource Center

The College's Student Resource Center, located at the expansion campus at 3922 Vero Road, offers a computer resource center and a library collection of reference books and other materials including dictionaries, encyclopedias, videotapes, magazines, periodicals, and textbooks.
