Refrigeration, Heating, and Air Conditioning

Certificate

Heating and air-conditioning systems control the temperature, humidity, and the total air quality where we live and work. Refrigeration systems make it possible to store and transport food, medicine, and other perishable items. Heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics and installers—also called technicians—install, maintain, and repair such systems. Employment is projected to grow faster than average for these service technicians, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Job prospects are expected to be excellent, particularly for those with training from an accredited technical school or with formal apprenticeship training.* You could get the career education and training you need at TESST College of Technology to enter this promising field.

Career Preparation

The objective of the Refrigeration, Heating, and Air Conditioning Certificate program is to prepare you with the knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and safety skills needed for entry-level positions in the RHAC industry.
